ABOUT THE ARTIST: Danielle, an employee at Pillbox Bat Co., has been an integral part of the team for nearly eight months. Known for her diverse range of hobbies, painting holds a special place in her heart. Her creative spirit shines through in her latest project, a captivating series of bats that pays homage to International UFO Day by blending the worlds of baseball and extraterrestrial phenomena. Each bat is a unique masterpiece, featuring mesmerizing artwork depicting UFOs soaring through the night sky amidst a backdrop of baseball imagery. Danielle's passion for both art and the company's mission shines brightly in this innovative and imaginative celebration of the UFO Phenomenon. 

Commemorate your love of the game with a Pillbox Art Bat.  Each bat is crafted at our shop in Winona, Minnesota. While we only use high quality hand-split wood for our art bats, they are un-weighed and untested for game use. Though they are not intended for game use, they will surely intimidate any opponent and make a great addition to your baseball memorabilia collection.

STANDARD GRADE MAPLE AND ASH: All of the wood for our art baseball bats is selected from hand-split stock wood - the same way they did it in the old days. Why is this important? It's all about getting the straightest grain wood bat possible. Nowadays, many wood providers use large saw equipment to cut lumber, producing high yields but also cutting across the face or tangential grain. Hand-split, lumber naturally follows the tangential grain, strengthening the baseball bat and lets the wood’s natural beauty shine through.
